As part of the UN high-level week, on the 23 September the Climate Action Summit 2019 is being held in New York.

UN Secretary General António Guterres has convened the summit to raise ambition and increase climate action. Sustainable Development Goal 13 is to take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.

Water and Climate change are inextricably linked and we wanted to share some content directly related to topics that will be discussed at the summit and the UN Sustainable Development Goals more generally.

UN Water has more information about water, climate change and SDG 6 on their website.

We are sharing free content in three different areas:

  • Climate Change and Disasters
  • Resilience in Water and Climate Change
  • UN Sustainable Development Goals

We have also created a quiz so that you can test your knowledge before and after the summit!
